First fact is since it is an asphalt emulsion, contractors will love it. No odor and no burn!  In addtion to that PMM for sealcoating provides outstanding peformance with proven polymer technology.  Elastomeric polymers are hot blended into PMM during the manufacturing process to produce a sealcoating with added toughness, flexibility and weather resistance without the use of additives. 

Another benefit to the contractor unlike conventional sealers that require dilution of up to 50% with water, PMM allows for application at full strength without dilution.  At about 60% solids compared to conventional sealers carrying only 40% solids, PMM will out last your basic coal-tar sealcoat.  One of the leading causes of pavement sealer wear is aborption of water into the dried sealer.  Specialty surfactants are blended into PMM during manufacturing which produce a sealcoating with exceptional water resistance and greatly enhances wear characteristics.
